Rand previously worked for Axciom and McCann Erickson in China before creating BA360 in 2005. In 2009 Rand founded Resonance China for which he won the “Internationalist Innovator of the Year” award. Rand currently oversees business development, client campaign strategy and engagement creative. Rand’s clients span start-up entrepreneurs to global brands; and partnerships with local and global 4A agencies.

Rand created the semi-popular China advertising blog Littleredbook in 2008, and has been interviewed by ReutersCNBC, Financial Times, China Confidential, Women's Wear Daily, and numerous global companies and universities; has spoken at the UC Berkeley Asia Business Conference, the Search Engine Strategies (SES) Conference and Expo, the L2 China Clinic in NY, served as a judge for the Global Effie Awards, and served as panelist at the Effie Awards Social Media Roundtable and is a member of the Meihua Advertising Hall of Fame. Sherry graduated from the Shanghai International Studies University (SISU) through partnership with Fudan University. Sherry then served at Mediaedge:cia and Mindshare, and later at BA360.

At Resonance, Sherry manages everyday internal operations, and client and partner projects. Sherry leads Resonance's teams in planning, managing and maintaining client China social media and digital interactive campaigns via channel selection, engagement and influencer management, and flexible brand amplification tactical strategies.
