“HK user activity peaks around 9 am” – not true. I dunno where they got their source data from but that does not represent any traffic plot I’ve ever seen – and I’ve seen a few (thousand). There is a lot of movement at 8-9, but the traffic volume is low.
Busy hour is typically 23-24:00 for data and 18-19:00 for voice – which is same as almost everywhere.
