Mobile usage in China vs. Hong Kong

From Asian Correspondent: Hong Kong mobile users’ activity peaks around 9 am and the frequency of each of the listed usages is higher than that of China mainland mobile users. But, when it is 10 pm, mainland users are more active than Hong Kong users.

    “HK user activity peaks around 9 am” – not true. I dunno where they got their source data from but that does not represent any traffic plot I’ve ever seen – and I’ve seen a few (thousand). There is a lot of movement at 8-9, but the traffic volume is low.

    Busy hour is typically 23-24:00 for data and 18-19:00 for voice – which is same as almost everywhere.
