      Where do they hang out? Not sure on that; but there are plenty of avenues you can take to meet them; try following Mobinode, or CIC, or going to a likemind event in Shanghai – thats a good place to hunt them down; either that or search on slideshare and you’ll find some thought leaders behind mobile in china that can point you in the right direction.
